We want you to love your Aurevia Skin purchase.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare devices cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at info@aureviaskin.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

To start a return, contact us at info@aureviaskin.com. If your return is approved, we will send instructions for where to send your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
